Buy To Let Stamp Duty Calculator
Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) is a tax paid when you buy property or land over a certain value in England and Northern Ireland. The Land and Buildings Transaction Tax replaced Stamp Duty in Scotland on April 1, 2015 and is calculated at a different rate. If you are looking to buy a property in Scotland, please ensure you select this from the drop-down box on the calculator below. Please note that Stamp Duty Land Tax is also calculated differently in Wales.
Stamp Duty rates depend on the value of your property. This calculator will assist you with the SDLT for residential buy to lets which attract a higher rate.
